The business world is moving to color – and the bizhub C552 gets you there with superior technology, extraordinary performance and spectacular Simitri® HD color image quality. Fast 45 ppm color output speed keeps work flowing even at times of peak demand – and high-speed 55 ppm B&W printing with high-capacity black toner and efficient drum design reduces your cost per print.

The built-in Emperon® print system provides print/scan/copy functionality with native XPS and Windows Vista support. A large capacity cassette accommodates letter-size paper – and a new adjustable paper deck option handles sizes from 8-1/2” x 11” to 12” x 18”. You’ll also have options for 100-sheet stapling, hole-punching, booklet-making, high-speed fax and advanced Fiery® image control for intensive color graphics applications.

Center-office design. Konica Minolta’s innovative approach to document system design begins with a sleek dark cabinet that looks great from any angle, so it deserves a place in the center of your workflow for quick access to all its power and productivity.
Faster is better — In addition to high-speed 45 ppm color and 55 ppm B&W output, the bizhub C552 gives you scanning at up to 78 originals per minute and warm-up time of just 30 seconds.
Simitri® HD Color Polymerized Toner creates sharper detail, more legible text, improved halftone definition and color documents that won’t fade, crack or peel.

Built-in Emperon printing gives you full print/copy/scan functionality, with Windows Vista drivers, PCL6/PS3 emulation and native XPS (XML Paper Specifications) interpreter.

You can scan in color at higher speed. Distribute documents with greater flexibility. Store and share information on a standard 250 GB hard disk drive. Scan and print from an external USB drive. Copy oversized originals. Receive and redirect faxes, with Color Internet Faxing. Print and finish documents in-house and on-demand, with automated ease.

Large 8.5” color touch-screen. User-friendly and intuitive, the bizhub C552 control panel features simple menus, shortcut keys, even thumbnail document previews you can check before you print to save paper by avoiding errors.

Animated operating procedures. Konica Minolta has incorporated animated screens to further increase the user friendliness and simplicity of bizhub models.

bizhub Architecture. For smooth operation, energysaving performance and less need for operator training, the bizhub C552 consolidates major functions on uniform processing modules – not separate circuit boards.
“MyTab” does it your way. From the print driver on your PC, you can customize a one-click tab that saves your preferred print settings for quick access.
Convenient USB transfer. More convenient USB access on the front of your bizhub makes it easy to scan files to and/or print documents from a thumb-drive device.

Color internet faxing. The bizhub C552 support high-quality color faxing via the Internet, using industrystandard “RFC3949 profile C (TIFF with JPEG Compression)” color formatting that preserves accurate color values in compatibility with other manufacturers’ devices.

New advancements in color reproduction. You’ll have improved image quality, with 1800 dpi equivalent x 600 dpi – smoother color gradations, richer tonality and superior color graphics.

i-Option makes things easy. Browse the web from your bizhub control panel, add new image control and security capabilities, speed your bizhub workflow and more.
Versatile paper handling. You’ll have up to 6,650-sheet capacity, plus the ability to handle a wide range of paper sizes from 4” x 6” to 12” x 18”.
Biometric Authentication option. The bizhub C552 offers an innovative Biometric Authentication option that can recognize the unique physical characteristics of each user — more reliably than matching fingerprints.

Watermark function. Preset text can be applied to each page for your reference,
Enhanced security functions. Today’s networked workflow demands increased security protection — and the bizhub C552 also provides HDD Job Erase, HDD Sanitizing, HDD Lock function, Copy Protect, Secure Printing, Encrypted Password Printing, IP Address Filtering, User Authentication, Scan Encryption, optional HDD Encryption, an innovative Biometric Authentication Unit and more.

The power of PageScope® software. A full suite of software solutions, including PageScope Web Connection to give your C552 its own “website” for status monitoring, PageScope Data Administrator™ to manage device user lists, enable account tracking and help you set up one-touch Email addresses and manage password and security functions, and optional PageScope Workware™ to manage scanned documents, view files as thumbnail images and link files for quick access.

PageScope print management capabilities. PageScope Direct Print lets you send PDF, TIFF, text and PS/PCL/XPS files directly to print without using print drivers or application software.
