To make it into the Pro-Tech program, the Braden service department completed extensive training to ensure top-notch customer service and product support for Konica Minolta devices. Additionally, the program requires Braden to accept random inspections, by Konica, of their products at client locations. These inspections seek to verify the devices are being maintained and that clients are satisfied.
