Today’s Fishers Friday we celebrate the Retirement of a very special employee, Mark S., lovingly referred to by all as “Sparky.” Mark has been with Braden as a Technician for the last 3 years and in the Tech Service industry for nearly 30! As his current supervisor says it perfectly, “Sparky is a great guy with a lot of personality! He is fun to be around and always has a smile on his face!”
This letter was sent in by his former supervisor, who is also enjoying his retirement days:
“I was thinking back to about 1990 when we were looking to add a technician to our service department and you answered the call. We interviewed you and felt you were up to the job and hired you. You learned fast and succeeded well in helping us and our customers being taken care of properly.
As our business evolved and our needs changed, you again answered the call and helped out. You were always willing to help wherever we needed it, and I always appreciated that from you – and you always did it with a good sense of humor.
I am sorry I cannot be with you today, But I wanted to let you know I am thinking of you. As you go into this new chapter of life, enjoy it, have fun, and do something that you didn’t allow yourself to do when you were working.”
Mark, thank you for all your hard work and dedication throughout the years. We wish you nothing but the very best, and all the happiness that you have brought to others plus more.
