Don’t Settle for “Good Enough” – Innovate with Braden Business Systems

Do You Know Your Net Promoter Score?

Many companies claim that they have the “Best service in the business” but few even have a way to measure how happy customers are. Here at Braden Business Systems, we have a system that allows us to capture feedback after every service call. We use the Net Promoter Score system (www.netpromoter.com). The Net Promoter Score (NPS)®, is a straightforward loyalty metric that holds companies and employees accountable for how they treat customers. It is both a loyalty metric and a discipline for using customer feedback to fuel profitable growth in your business. Employees at all levels of the organization understand it, opening doors to customer centric change and improved performance. The average N. American company has a Net Promoter Score® of 10. Some well-loved companies reach scores into the 70s and 80s.

Bradens 2017 NPS

2017 Year To Date Score

Braden Business Systems is thrilled to announce its 2017 Year To Date score is 95.27! That currently ranks us at 51 in North America, among all other US and Canada copier dealers using the NPS® system provided by CEO Juice.

Here are just a few examples of the feedback our valued and loyal customers have shared with us using the NPS system:

  • “Service is courteous and response time is quick. The technician checked over the rest of the machine even after diagnosing the issue. That’s above and beyond!”
  • “The technician made sure to spend adequate time to confirm copier was working before leaving. He also took the time to explain why the issue happened, and educated how to prevent the issue in the future.”
  • Simply put: “(Your Technician) is awesome.”

We’re proud of our Net Promoter Score of 95.27 (the average U.S. company is 10). The NPS isn’t just a number to us – it’s a reflection of how we’re doing as a company in the eyes of our customers. We’re not satisfied with just being an “okay “office technology provider; we want our customers to believe we are the best office technology provider and recommend us to others.
